Huntsville's entrepreneurial momentum continues as longtime ALFA Insurance agent Richard Schrimsher officially launches his own venture, Richard Schrimsher Agency LLC, with the support of ALFA. While many ALFA agents remain employees of the parent company, Schrimsher follows a path first forged by his son-in-law, Tyler Ross, who became the first owner of an ALFA office in Alabama and is currently the company’s top-performing agent in the state.
Now, three years later, Schrimsher is stepping into ownership himself, with his new agency set to open soon at South Park Office Centre, 7501 South Memorial Parkway, Suite 110 in Huntsville.

What started as a referral from a North Carolina Keller Williams agent has led to a new business calling Huntsville home. WP Supply, known for supporting contractors with encapsulation, insulation, and drainage products, has expanded its Southeast footprint with its Huntsville location, joining seven others across the region and marking its first in Alabama.
Previously serving the Huntsville market through sales representatives, the company now brings a dedicated, on-the-ground presence to the area. “We love this location!” said sales representative Tony Grigsby.

We are pleased to announce that Cooper Schrimsher is the newest CCIM designee in The CCIM Institute! A huge thank you to Douglas McCullough, CCIM, Donna Lamb, and the Alabama CCIM Chapter for all of their support. Cooper says "It’s been great meeting so many fantastic CCIMs, and I look forward to this journey and helping make more deals happen." Cooper set this goal early in 2025 to complete his CCIM this year. It took three week-long classes, an online course, documentation of his deal flow, and a whirlwind week-long class and comprehensive exam to get to the finish line. Congratulations, Cooper!

A Huntsville native, Cooper brings eight years of real estate and property management experience at Schrimsher Company where he oversaw more than one million square feet of commercial space, including Campus No. 805. His familiarity with design-build projects and the management of large industrial warehouses brings additional insight for prospective tenants.

Huntsville, AL – Keller Williams (KW) Realty Huntsville is thrilled to announce that Donna Lamb has joined KW Commercial. Lamb will spearhead the development of a dedicated team of professionals to provide commercial real estate services in the Huntsville area. This announcement marks the launch of Huntsville’s KW Commercial division and its partnership with Lamb Commercial.
Since its inception in 2022, KW Commercial has rapidly grown, boasting over 2,000 team members across the United States and Canada. The new KW Commercial office will be located at 809 Shoney Drive, which is within the Keller Williams Realty Huntsville facility. This location will foster collaboration and innovation among team members.

I've been in commercial real estate for more than 27 years and have built strong relationships with many people and organizations in this great community," Lamb stated about her next role.
